You might want add to the mod page that it will conflict with Riverside Lodge mod. It's extremely popular. I know you say any other house mod in the area but being specific can be very helpful . Just f.y.i. . But I would say otherwise VERY WELL DONE!
Hiya, I have never used that mod till now as I just checked it out with pinewood, and there's no conflict between those mods that I could find, they work quite nicely together.

I would not recommend you go with any publishing company or "consultant".

I had asked him earlier...he said he doesn't have oldrim and had no idea how to backport...but he gave full permisssion to anyone who wants to backport it.. plz buddy.. will ya upload it here?? there are other mods too if you are willing to backport!!
