Very good and awesome, but as well really VERY difficult ! Without the walktrough near to impossible, I guess...
When in the final sanctuary, I was literally obliged to cheat a lot to progress. My PC is not at all that new, so after one minute in open terrain I was obliged to exit Skyrim to avoid a crash. Certain tasks in these conditions were impossible - e.g. destroying the lights. I was frozen... My fault, not certainly yours !
QUEST 3- I had to returnd to the room with chest for conjuring potions / I had to reloaded saving game for my mistake/ and thera are not any key and portal order num.3 on the table.Whot is whrong ?in the first time all was OK.After while it works, I have kay and the patrols order.Hurra
Hi, good mod. Unfortunately I must be doing something wrong though. I have got to Quest 3, found the evidence, the charmed arrows and the key. In the next objective you have to go and place a conjuring potion in the chest (which I have done) and then return to the living quarters. Trouble is nothing happens, no horn sounds,, no spirit appears. I have obviously messed up but cannot work out where. Any advice.
PS: I have read the readme but it doesn't seem to offer me any more
Hello Difficult to say what has happened here. The conjuring should start when you enter a trigger box that covers the steps at the living quarters end of the arched bridge into the living quarters. (If you entered the living quarters by some other route, this might be the problem). The conjuring isn't dependant on reaching a stage in the quest (you can skip gathering the evidence and fail the first objective). But the trigger box does several tests before starting a conjuring, so perhaps one of these has failed: * The conjuring chest must contain at least one conjuring potion * The neophytes haven't turned hostile (shouldn't be the case unless you've attacked them). A variable qGuardiansHostileFlag should have a value of 0 (if you're familiar with console commands you could check this) * The spirit isn't dead (as you've yet to conjure it, this shouldn't be the case) If this doesn't work, I'm afraid all I can suggest is starting this quest again from a saved load, or attacking the noephytes in the temple area, causing the quest to fail, but at least it will complete and you can progress.
Hello The spell should be listed in your Destruction spells. I can't think why it's not there if you've learnt it from the spellbook. As an alternative, you could use another spell that will deflect off the invisible bridge. The only thing that's unique about the low cost spell is that you can keep casting it indefinitely. But plenty of other spells should do the job, although you might need to recharge your magicka part way across the bridge.
The skill book does'nt display school Destruction or anythings. I was able to clear it with your advice, thank you. But the next room is difficult, The opposite side trap door closes too soon...
It can be fiddly, but I always managed it on various test games. Have you tried something from your inventory, such as a shield? Also, perhaps you could use multiple objects.
just threw the platter, 2 iron shields off the draugr in the room and the 3 axes from the room i got the platter onto the hole where the steam is coming from and nothing seems to have happened
When you say nothing happens, have you returned to the upper chamber to dislodge another key, which should drop down onto the objects you've blocked the shaft with?
i didn't realize there was a key on the rock ledge up there, i thought after the hole was blocked something was supposed to change. got it now though thanks no idea where to use the key though... only door i haven't been through is blocked by a gate
I've added a Readme document, which provides a walkthrough for the quests (to be completed later in the week). This should explain what to do if you're stuck.
If you mean the second gate immediately after dropping through the trapdoor at Angi's camp, then you need to use the 2 chain pulls in combination in order to have both gates open at the same time. You can always use the spell to contact the guardians and they will advise how to do this.
