Tested this in SE and so far so good. I even got the new reward for a thieves guild quest I had already started and just needed to do the turn in. It also switched the reward from Medium to High when I switched to the High version and redid the turn in on same quest from the save.
Will have to see how it holds up with more radiant quests and higher levels but for now it seems to be fine.
Also love this mod, used it for years in LE, thank you for making it.

Just FYI i went in with TESedit5 and removed the the bounty quests and left the thieve's guild part in and am now using this with Bounty Gold.....havent really tested what i did yet..hopefully nothing is broken.

@ petrik09 I also thought it wasn't working at first as I installed the mod after completing a radiant quest, and right before I returned to giver for reward. It seems to me like the quests you already accepted/started won't be affected by the mod, only newly accepted quests. FYI I did not do any extensive testing to confirm this, only something I've noticed while turning in one or two old and new quests.
Edit: Unless the issue you are having is specifically with Avenicci, then just ignore my comment as I'm a Stormcloak and don't have him in this play-trough anymore to test it.
