Question: On your Workshop page, the Walk mod is listed as giving your walking speed a "slight" increase. On here, the way you worded it sounds like you just slowed down the NPCs to walk at the same speed as the default character. So which is it? Does this speed the character's walking speed up, or only slow down the NPCs?
its an .esp. so if you download it with the manager you will just have to double click the mod and it will be activated. or you could just simple put it in your data folder and ativate it through the skyrim launcher like any other mod
