This fixes the change of "Skyrim" and one other cell names to Russian strings. Someone else (probably Xtudo) already converted the rest of the strings (creature names, etc.) into English.
I'm providing this for the original mod author to supply as a downloadable English patch; I'm not going to upload it as its own mod on Nexus.
