I will not be responding to any more posts for this mod at the moment, if you're having a problem, here are some likely causes and solutions:
Q: The animations are misaligned? A: Check your Go To Bed installation, you should have either of the Full versions of Go To Bed, but without the following animations: "bed_leftsleep.hkx, bed_rightsleep.hkx, bedroll_frontsleep.hkx, bedroll_leftsleep.hkx and bedroll_rightsleep.hkx."
Q: My character clips with the NPC/vise versa? A: Assuming you're using the FULL version, and it's because your Player/NPC have very similar or very varying heights, I suggest using the Male Player Version.
Q: Compatibility? A: Compatible with everything except mods (other than Go To Bed) that adjust bedroll behaviors, alignment, or animations (Excluding Campfire Spooning, because I provided a patch).
Q: I can't lay down with other NPC's? A: Download a mod that alters or adds bedrolls that will allow two people (Campfire, for example.)
Q: Why doesn't this apply to NPC's? A: This mod replaces and adds variance to the "idlelaydown" animation, which is only used when the player uses a bedroll and anybody who uses a laydown idle marker (such as several locations in the hot springs area). The male player version, however, replaces an NPC animation as well.
Q: Use with beds? A: This was only created to change bedroll functionality, there are several other mods already out there for beds, even if they aren't as snuggly.
The female hunter in the hot springs definitely feels lonely! Can you do something about that, change conditions... to exclude this and similar situation NPCs?
Please forgive my poor English, it seems that the male version must install the FULL1 version of GoToBed, but this version does not support FNIS, what should I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
No worries! Apologies for the very very late response. Depending if you still have this issue (as Go To Bed was updated), I would suggest using Nemesis instead, it is far more powerful and will save you a lot of trouble in the long run. The other workaround would be extracting Go To Bed's BSA and finding animations manually, which is a lot of unnecessary work.
I have Campfire + spooning, GoToBed without the sleeping .hkx addons, using male version + Campfire Spooning Patch, and ran FNIS. I tried with x to 4x Tents but only the female NPC switches side while my character stays on his original spot(in a sunbathing lay animation) which results the NPC and my character clipping..
Edit: I chose "Lie Down" on the player bedroll pop up box.
Edit2: Will try the "Sit" option later.
Edit3: Found the issue on my side, shouldn't have use the 3x & 4x Fur/Leather Tents since it does not swap the Male character's position.
Great mod, thank you. I commonly hang out with two female followers, it would be super cool, to have a version where you are lying on your back, in a central position, and the two girls are hugging you.
The second file in the main files is named Snuggly Laydown SE - FULL. I take that is a typo and should be LE right? Other wise which file do I use for female player LE cheers.
