When I pet a cat, the animation is around 50cm to 1meter away from the cat and looks kinda awkward. I do have DAR, Nemesis, Immersive Interactions and "A cat's life". Any ideas? :)
Greetings, thankyou for making this mod! 1 problem I only get the dialogue option in 1st person in 3rd person it makes a weird animation there is no dialogue and the cat just runs away, when 1st person it displays both dialogue option correctly, dunno wats up. I am using the a cats life mod and only installed the optional file for it.
I have one question. Will it work for all cats? I use Mittens who is small fast and a vale sabre cat. There are a lot of companion sabre cat mods. It would be nice if it worked for them. I know big cats are not cuddly unless you like brillo pads, but a head pat is nice.
It is intended for the Mihail House Cats (they are almost 30 cats). It will need a patch, I can do one for Mittens, no problem. OR better use this method.
A patch is of course the best way to handle it since you don't need to do it again in every new playthrough, but there's also a way to categorize animals as "small" (dog like animals) or "big" (Horses and mounts) via the MCM.

if i use your sound and colour mod, which requires Mihails house cats i need only B option right?
I am using the a cats life mod and only installed the optional file for it.
The animations are made by the "Immersive Interactions - Animated Actions" mod. My patch only adds the cats to the mod's lists.
