I have just finished playing through this quest mod now, and it worked fine. I did have the problem where Vetle would not talk, but a simple quicksave-reload fixed that.
If you can appreciate the adult humor, I would strongly recommend this mod, its very entertaining.
If you change the old ladies to Elder ( like they should be ) in the CK they look great, moved the all to another brothel mod and dressed them accordingly, now have a great brothel for perverts that are into old ladies !
Great mod, great voice acting, nice work. Only problem I had was I could not find the amulet in the cave. Other than that it was a fun destraction from normal questing. Keep on modding.
I loved your mod "The Cheese of Ages", so I download this one too. At first it was what I expected, another silly, zany quest for giggles. But the medallion quest, wow, that was something different. You pulled the medallion quest off perfectly, trying to find that cave reminded me of Morrowind, and the journal made Gertrude a character rather than just a plot device. My only gripe is that the trap door into the Hunter's Rest (If I'm remembering it's name right) needed to be more overt, I found it by accident because my grass mod completely concealed it, but that is my fault for using that mod I suppose.

I had the same issue you need to enter the trap door use the recycle actor command them clean save and load again and he will talk.
