Thank you. Even when playing vanilla, this is a must have mod, because until Balgruuf is alerted to the dragon attack on the tower, it should be unbroken, right?
it was working fine for a while even after the dragon attack it only stopped working when Vortex suddenly decided to update itself and this and some other mods started acting wierd. in where they would stop functioning properly tried changing the load order to no avail. also checked it for conflicts which is zero.
Vortex automatically sort's the mods load order. which if you ask me can go straight to the garbage bin. i do have loot installed and there doesn't seem to be any problems i even reinstalled the mods' and patches for it like unbound. my guess is that it's Vortex is somehow overwriting LOOT's load order, with it's own which a lot of user's mentioned to be quite problematic due to how it forces it's L.O. whenever it needs to deploy after installing/uninstalling mods.
I started a new play with new housing mod (close to the tower) and was looking for mods to possibly add. I have no plans to complete "Dragon Rising" the Draugr still has the dragon stone. Not having this place be attacked by dragon makes it more "lore" friendly. Thank you (endorsed)
I did read that this don't work with Skyrim Unbound Reborn LE, is that something you can fix?
EDIT: An easy fix for us that using Skyrim Unbound Reborn LE is just to not use the script file, when you want the tower broken again you can install the script file.
EDIT: ilebonymace has done a updated version of Skyrim Unbound Reborn LE where you can select a patch for this mod in the installer.
you could make it so that if you are thane, you can talk to the Stewart after the main quest to repair the tower again and it just reverts back to the modded repaired version. that sounds like 6 mouse clicks to me.

An easy fix for us that using Skyrim Unbound Reborn LE is just to not use the script file, when you want the tower broken again you can install the script file.
