   Nice idea, but they don't look anything like elves, let alone snow elves. So tiring to see "snow elves" with human faces and skin tones.

      They are ELVES !!! Snow elves are altmer with pale skin and white shining hair, that's exactly this mod, the faces have improved (whit another mod) but notice that they have ELF EARS. 
      They are obliged to pass for human, so the hairstyle covers their ears.
      Check it out by changing their hairstyle or through the CK / TES5Edit.
