Personal tweaks to EnaiSiaion's Sacrosanct

These are some of the changes I've made over time with the mod. Made things even more enjoyable for me so thought I'd share.


1.0 Features

-The following will now absorb lifeblood (Vampire Lord XP): VL Melee killing blows, Chokehold, Vampiric Drain (Vampiric Drain will only give XP once you obtain “Starving Artist” and will be affected by “Make them Beautiful.)

-Melee attacks as a Vampire Lord now absorbs 25 points of health over two seconds and will increase to 50 points when you obtain the perk "Astral Poison". (Still be a blood draining vampire as a melee character.)

-Hemomancy and Night Powers are now available as a Vampire Lord.

-Daywalker now affects Dragon at Midnight.

-Weaknesses now start at 6AM instead of 5AM and also doesn't trigger when it’s raining, snowy or cloudy. (More of a personal preference, as the sun is  nowhere in sight at 5AM so I changed it. Affects Dragon at Midnight as well.)

-Profaned Sun will no longer damage non-hostile NPCs. (Possibly inconsistent due to the condition bug within the game's system, cobb's fixes recommended.)

-Blood storm will still harm friendly NPCs. Removed the feature due to reported bugs and to avoid making the spell unusable due to the condition issue.


-Hemomancy spell projectiles are now also faster and have farther reach. (Less chances of missing and accidentally hitting your followers.)

-Amaranth’s visuals are now more subtle and lasts 30 minutes (Note that late game vampires are still resistant to it’s fear effects.)

-Nightwalk mist is a lot faster. (You can sprint faster than the mist before, so I never had any use for it.)

-Vampire's Seduction is now a lesser power. (Before this mod, missing with this spell or cast it on a resistant NPC, you have to load or wait a whole day to use
it again.)

-Removed cooldowns from Obfuscate, Vampire Seduction, and Wicked Wind, but they now have expert level mana cost and is affected by cost reducing perks.

-New item added: "Amaranthine Potion." Item will be available for crafting at the cooking pot after taking the Amaranth perk. (costs 1 human heart or 2 human flesh and 3 vampire dust per potion)

-Pacify, Rout, Invisibility, Frost Cloak, Ice Storm, Icy Spear, Paralysis and Greater Ward available as a Vampire Lord if learned.

-NPCs reanimated as a Vampire Lord will no longer glow. (As I use Undead FX's No Glow option.)

-Attribute Loss from weakness to sunlight is now twice as worse. (Maximum loss: 200 points.)

-Raze and Blood Storm's damage health effect is reduced by 10%, but drains 10% more health, also Blood Storm now has faster projectiles and farther range. (The health absorb was weak. it didn't do much to save me from dragons.)

-You need to complete the VL perk tree to get Dragon at Midnight. (I mostly finish the game without much motivation to complete the perk tree, made some changes to make this perk more worth it.)


Changes in existing Perks: (The original perk effects still stand, these were just added on top of it.)

Astral Poison
Amplifies your draining claws, stealing twice the original amount. (25 pts to 50 pts.)

Chokehold
Absorbs 15 points of Health and 30 points of Stamina per second when it is close. (Astral poison mitigates your Magicka, so I made Chokehold to do the same for Stamina.)

Blood from a Stone
Melee Attacks can also absorb health from Daedra and Automatons.

Slasher
Claw attacks deal more damage equal to 1.5% per point of stamina. This made a melee VL playstyle more viable for me, I didn't like that the game forces you to be a magic using vampire when you're pursuing a Warrior or Thief type playthrough.

Lord of Destruction
Raze and Hemomancy Spells deals more damage equal to 2% per point in Destruction. (0.05 in the ESP before even though it says 0.5 in the perk description. Note this can become overpowered in higher values.)

Night Cloak
Gain 300 armor and 60% magic resistance during combat.


Dragon at Midnight
You gain 100% damage bonus and 50% damage resistance from all sources when in Vampire Lord form. But you will no longer gain 4 perk points.
(Dying instantly by fast travelling without correctly estimating the time of day on arrival forever doesn't seem worth it for 4 perk points for me.)
