    Vokrii adds poison perks to restoration if you have Odin, will you edit those to be in Destruction as well?

      I don't have Vokrii I end up using mainly SkyRe, sometimes Ordinator. Perk changing and editing is outside of my skill set (though I would like to make a perk overhaul one day, for now its out of reach)

    I like your mod. I try to mod my game to close to Morrowind and i like having Poison in destruction. Plus it changes things a little. One thing I noticed is some spell books still have their Restoration polybook cover ( I downloaded the Destruction mod). Lastly, the Viper Staff says it requires StaffTemplateRestoration but i think you meant for it to say StaffTemplateDestruction. Regardless, I endores and it is in my load order.

      Edit: Also the Poison Magic Effects are still tied to Restoration instead of Destruction for mods that increase Poison damage thru Destruction. Thank You for your hard work.

    I’ve seen this idea passed around before that the Poison Rune is wrongly categorized because “Poison Damage is listed as Destruction.” I know what UESP page you’re talking about. That page is in error. I went through every source it listed. Almost all of them were listed as having NONE for their school. By contrast, the Poison Rune is listed as Restoration in at least three different players (skill, half-cost perk, and spell time model). There is no evidence that it’s a bug. 

    OBVIOUSLY, this does not mean that you can’t mod the game to make Poison into Destruction magic, I just wanted to chime in on the idea that Poison Damage is “listed” as Destruction in Skyrim. That’s just a poorly written UESP page with no backing in the game.

    My explanation for poison damage in the restoration scholl is that it's caused by changing  metabolism and homeostasis  of the body. Like when you use healing magick you change the inner processes of the body, but not in a harmful way. But then again, you could consider that an alteration spell. But i like the idea of this mod. Makes it in line with the previous games like Morrowind. Maybe move sun spells to destruction as well.

      Sun damage I see as a more intentional choice since paradoxically it originally had/has destruction spellbooks despite being restoration. To me that shows that because its damage it automatically would be destruction but there was an intentional choice to make it restoration. In the same way White Mages and Clerics have Holy Damage attacks in other games. So that one thematically fits at least.
      The thing is all of the damage/absorb attribute in the game are destruction. I've been wanting to make patches like this for awhile now ones that remove Poison, Disease and Curse effects from Restoration and put them into Destruction and Alteration respectively. Odin was the first mod small enough for me to do it quickly. I think this trend started with Skyrim Redone which is my favorite Skyrim mod but that part of it I never liked
