ok so wow I don't usually do skyrim stuff but I made these top surgery scars for Fallout 4 and more than anything i wanted to make them available for Skyrim. HUGE thanks to cuyima for doing the plugin/script work for these because boy, everyone, am I ever out of my element.
ANYWAY, these are implemented as body paints/racemenu overlays/whatever the right word for it is. aligned with the vanilla body textures/uvs so if you use a mesh replacement, results may vary. sorry my screenshots suck, I don't go here often so im not used to taking nice pictures.
notice: all the screenshots are from the SE version because i don't actually have LE installed at this time,
