First, thanks for your interest. :D I'm working on it. Currently I'm collecting the text into a spreadsheet and then translate it. It will take some time. (and the voice over, will be garbage, but I will do what I can.) I inform you, when its out. :)
The torches itself are the vanilla stand-torches (World Object/Static/CandleHornFloor01), but with a colored light on top of it. To make a light colored, you just take a light (or create a new one) and change the color in the properties and the ID (so you don't override the old one).
Oh... thank you. Maybe you know some mod like "Lamps of Oblivion" (in Oblivion). I need color lamp for posing and create screenshots. I tried to use "201 Stained Glass Lanterns" (Skyrim), but most of lantern there have a white light. Look like for Skyrim havn't mod with color lamp.
For example here at the floor I put yellow and green lamp (in Oblivion). Lamp dropped by player in game, not in TES constructor. But how it do in Skyrim? Maybe you know some mod with color lamps like you do in your mod?

Habe ca. 1,5 Stunden gebraucht aber langweilig ist mir dabei nicht
