Oh, this is awesome! I've been wanting something to make the early game harder, for RP purposes, and this fits perfectly! Thanks so much for this!

If I understand how this mod and the game mechanics work, it would also mean that you would rapidly collect perk points at the beginning of the game as you level up, while your skills rise to the 15-25 level that you ordinarily start with. But without lowering the skill requirements of each perk tree, this essentially means that your character should have perks more broadly distributed across the lower branches of the various trees. You essentially will have a large starting pool of perks at the point when you start becoming eligible to spend them at the bottom of all the perk trees.

You do have a larger starting pool to invest in skills, yes; however, you do not need to spend them all at once.

The idea is to save them and utilize the perk points in the skills you wanna build when you finally get a high enough level in them (starting at a low level in all skills means that point at which you spend the perk points comes later down the line). Just a minor side-effect of starting with lower skill levels. I mean, you are welcome to distribute them broadly if you want.

I agree with the first part of that -  the inevitable effect of starting with lower skills means that, as you level up the first maybe ten levels or so there will only be a limited number of perks you can spend points on because you won't start meeting the skill requirements until later.  You just accumulate a pool that you can  drain later

But I also think that it's inevitable that the overall effect of this will be to distribute your perks more broadly across lower levels of more perk trees than you would have done without your mod - kind of a jack-of-many trades kind of thing, just because each perk tree has to be built from the bottom. The automatic effect of any mod that gives you more perk points to spend, whether it's a dragon souls thing, or using the level uncapper mod to give you  more perks per level, is that any incremental additional perk you are gifted by a mod has to go to a perk you are eligible for; unless you simultaneously adjust perk trees to lower the skill requirements for perks, you're forced to use the added perks to broaden your skills rather than concentrate your skills.

I'm not saying that's a bad thing, by the way. On the contrary, I think it would probably make the game more interesting to be able to mix things up and use different skills throughout the game.

Recently I start a New game with more than 1300 mods Installed, which make my skyrim really more challenging and Beauty Game, And It was very difficult,  reach level 30 in Legengary without die often,

Now with this MOD, I would die every time I just only see a bad guy ?
