Hello. Amazing house but the floor is flickering with some kind of wood texture. I tried deactivating some texture mods but it didn't do anything. Problem is still there and I can't seem to fix it on my own which sucks because this is my favorite player home :(

Try moving this down near the bottom for basic troubleshooting, ..
Ive noticed myself, that when I used this, I had trouble with one of the wood choices, it wouldn't stay there, it was there for like almost couple seconds, then go to like a stone choice..
As for the actual flickering, try choosing another then back again , see if it still flickers ?

Thanks for the quick reply. I will surely try this ty

      Edit: Didn't work :(

Edit2: So it turns out that it isn't any overlapping texture, its a whole separate mesh that is overlapping with the original floor mesh. I opened the console and started clicking around the floor. The main floor cannot be disabled but as I kept clicking, I managed to select the overlapping mesh and disabled it. It is a lengthy process since only a small area of the overlapping floor gets disabled one at a time but either way, it is better than disabling other mods to make it work.

Thanks Yash, that worked. Was able to fix it by disabling the wood floor (HHH_Floor_Null).
EDIT 1: Oh god, it's in the house too, not just outside DX
EDIT 2: Fix with Base Object Swapper:

      • Make sure Base Object Swapper is installed.
      • Browse to the Haafingar Hall mod folder, where Haafingar Hall.esp is located.
      • Create a new file: FloorFix_SWAP.ini
      • Open the file in a text editor, add the following, save, and exit:
      [Properties]
      HHH_Floor_Null|flags(0x00000800),posA(0.0,0.0,-30000.0)
EDIT 3: Just realized this page is not for the SE version that I am using, lol.

Fantastic mod, these modification options is just mind blowing, and those gem/potion "labs" where you can create bigger version from two smaller, finally I can do something useful with my old stuff. This mod has permanent place in my mod list.
I found bug(maybe): Imperial banners do not always display. Some time they display all, some time only few, some time none shows up. Other banners works with no problem. My Skyrim is pretty messy right now, so that's probably something on my side.
A suggestion. Maybe change one of display rooms in basement to treasury. I don't know about others, but during my adventures I managed to accumulate a large amount of gems, silver and gold, both in coins and bars(Yes, I am greedy :D). It would be great to have dedicated place where you can store/display Dragonborn wealth.

Hi, I absolutely adore this house and use it in every character story I have but found a repeat issue -- Outside, I try to add Imperial Banners, but they don't show up. The rods the banners would HANG on shows, but no fabric themselves. I'm not sure if this is a commonly found issue among other players but I'm hoping this might get addressed as I love the sort of polished, regal look of the banner!

Edit: I also noticed that the mannequins will "unequip" their displayed armors!

    Thank you!

Great home, just missing a bridge between her and the sawmill on the other side.

Beautiful house! I am wondering though, why is the floor outside flickering between stone and wood for me? Is this just my other mods being wack?

Super place with cool stuff I like it, only the teleport spell is missing, because I was looking for it and either I'm blind or it's not there, and in Estmarch it was. All in all, it's close to the city, but there was also a teleport spell in Estmarch.
I'm blind because I didn't notice the whole attic.
There is everything, apart from the grain mill - it's a pity because you have to travel a long way to make flour - I wish I was blind again.

I am in the middle of a playthrough using Sintar's Ulitmate Modding guide, and your mod was one of the ones I installed. Unfortunately, I am running into an issue that no matter what flooring is chosen, both inside and outside the house, the textures are overlapped with another. When I stand near them, and move my mouse, they revert back and forth very quickly. Have you ever seen this or heard of this, or know of any mods that interfere with yours? I have run TES5 Autoclean on it, moved it to almost the bottom of my load order, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod. I have also checked in console and clicked on the floor squares, but only Haafingar Hall.esp comes up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for an awesome mod!

Hello I wanted to ask you if you will soon fix the bugs of haafingar hall on xbox. After a while in the game, often after the academy quest, the armor on the mannequins disappears, the weapon walls are no longer considered as existing by the game but are visible and the weapons in the display cases will no longer be present neither graspable.
