very nice. the changes you made in the v1.3 makes this hall/house much better
and for future reference for how to place the file: when unziped you get a folder named "Data" inside here is the .esp file. along with a "Scripts" folder with the tele.pex files inside. if its meshes or textures you have them in folders as well with the correct path. that way ppl can download with mod manager without problems and for less experienced ppl it would be easier to know where to place the files.
If you cant lock the chest can you remove it so that all the items is on the merchant himself ? or maybe add a key to the merchant which is needed to open the chest. this will make it a little harder to get to all the items rather then having it all for free.
there is one more thing. I think you should remove the skeleton from the enchanting table. it look stupid when you try to enchant as you stand inside the skeleton.
here is a few things you can add to your new update. 1) make the place name of the house/entrance in English. right now its in German. the spell book name for the teleport spell is also in German. 2) make the merchant chest inside impossible to open for player. it contain all of the merchants items and gold. so why would I buy item of the merchant when I can take it all for free??? + all that I sell I can take right back and sell once more elsewhere.
do you have plans to make it larger? in the teleport room there is a locked iron door where there is nothing behind which indicate that more can/will be added to this "house"/hall in the future.
I think you only need the esp file and: Tele1.pex tele2.pex TeleportH.pex from the script folder!
I packed the whole script file folder in the zip, because I did not know better. This is the first mod I put in here. I think you can copy the 3 .pex files individually in sript folder of your game directory!

How to set the box I do not know yet, but I'll change that too!
I also build a dungeon, was actually going to put this in connection to the room with the door! But the more I think it individually build, let's see?
