Changelogs
Version 5
Version 5 is a total rework of the mod.
* Made everything from scratch. Removed few items that will be a part of my other mod "Dwemer Tech Glowmapped" as these fit there better. * Improved all meshes, no more blocky edges. * Improved textures, made them a bit more golden and smooth but retained the old and rusty look. * Added new textures. * Textures with decorative pattern are now default. * New meshes added that have heating elements. (mostly rooms and coridors) * New heating elements in the walls around some doorways. * All heating elements are now animated. * Lots of new animated parts and mechanisms built into the pipework. (For example, dwepipeboiler02 had 12 blocks in vanilla version, but now it has 3839 blocks, most of them animated! Similar reworks on many other items) * ELFX patch included, do not use the patch from old files on v5. * New and improved glow effects mixed with ENB lights. Most of the glow should work without ENB too. * Parallax enabled on stone textures. * Added SSE Engine Fixes as requirement. (Mod works without it, but it's strongly recommended. Explained under requirements section)
Version 4
Made many optimizations, added new animated parts to the boilers, some new items. Added ENB lights (additional download).
Version 3.1
A small update to v3. Added some missing meshes, reworked some animations to make them immune to mod conflicts.
Version 3
Version 3 is a huge advancement over version 2.
* All pipes reworked (again) - fan blades inside the pipes were facing the wrong way, now they look like they push air and steam out of the pipes. * Created more rusty textures for more complete look. Now most of the dwemer ruins metal should be covered. Also updated performance friendly textures and decorative textues. * Added new animations to new items - (new screenshots available). Many new moving parts. (Amongst other things made the glowing part of one smaller boiler rotate slowly) * New glowing hot parts. * Added animated dwemer reactor - made of Centurion Dynamo Core - inside a pipe hub. (visible through intermittedly opening and closing shutter) * And finally - heat haze and steam effects on every ventilation grille that has glowing hot pipes underneath.
Version 2
Redesigned many pipes and added some new stuff. Created textures.
Version 1
Compatible with every other mod. Keep in mind that without the modified textures some things are not showing up in game - like the glowing pipes inside the vent holes of pipe hubs.
Rework of Dwemer pipes, boilers and the whole heating/ventilation system.
Dwemer pipes are supposedly used as a ventilation and a heating system - now they really are. Before there were fake exhaust holes drawed on the pipes, now these holes are real. Reworked meshes to have transparency and made them double-sided. Added animated fans inside, increased metal glossiness.
I also made Dwemer boilers look like they are really working, heated to the glowing. (Looks really good with ENB - the glow shines on the surroundings, adding realism)
I did not include any textures with the first version - this way the mod is compatible with every texture mod. Textures are included from the second version.
First version is compatible with everything (except the mods that change the same meshes - currently none that I know of) Second version is compatible with everything, except the mods that change textures of Dwemer pipes and boilers. (some inconsistencies are to be expected)
If someone wants to use another Dwemer texture with this mod, then first version is 100% compatible, second version must overwrite all the other textures or there will be stuff missing.
