Great mods everything one could need in a player's home. But, I'm having an issue, would like to know if anyone else is having it too. When I put a weapon on one of the racks I can't remove it. Could use so help on this.
Thank you so much for making this available again. I had missed this for a long time, as this had been one of my favorite homes. Was like seeing an old friend again after a long absence when I logged in today.
I just wanted to say that after literally hours of searching through the nexus mods for a house with a proper library in a smaller home, I found this one. It is a beautifully designed home that isn't gargantuan, is cozy, spacious, and has everything you could need. Also has a style all it's own too. And for once it doesn't have an over sized pool! I can't tell you how happy that makes me. Anywho, just wanted to say thank you for this house mod. =D

EDIT: I was so afraid that this was gone!! So happy to see it back. It has been hard to find a house with the library that this home offers in a single cell. Definitely a favorite house of mine. Again, many, many thanks for sharing this gorgeous house.
This is my favorite Skyrim home, period. Many hours & much thanks. I would ask only, if you have the time, to allow the bed to grant the well rested bonus.
I just found this, have tried it out for a couple of days, and have to say I really love it. It's got the feel of being ancient and yet well-used and cared-for through the ages. The mixture of Dwemer/Nord is not overpowering, but feels natural. Most everything is accessible here - I love it. My only complaint is the normal mannequin bugs. The location and view of the entire lowlands here would have made a fantastic locale through the centuries, for a garrison of troops to quickly respond to troop movements in the region. A beacon atop the tower would have served to alert Dragonsreach of imminent threats. Endorsed joyfully.
My hope is that this will catch on & perhaps grow. I'd really love to house my own guild here - maybe a round-tablesque order of drakonian knights, perhaps on a lower floor barracks/armory area, somewhere around the size of Jorrvaskr Hall.
of all the houses i've tried, this is one of the nicest. it's lovely, relatively easy to access, and has everything. the downside is that that 'everything' is all crammed into one large space, instead of being spread over a floor or three.
I have been using this mod for a while. Its very good although there is a bug (bugs) with mannequins. One mannequin floats in mid-air, and equipment on mannequins vanishes, never to return. Hopefully this will be soon fixed. But i will continue to use this mod.
