Easy one command for the console to get 100lvl on skills + get XP to the character, so you will not lose any skill perks.
In the future, I will add more files for armours and ect... Let me know your suggestion about what I should add.

Installation
1.Paste max_stats.txt to the game folder
2.Run game
3.Open console and type bat max_stats
4.Done
