   The armor is from the mod "Apachii Divine Elegance Store".
   The place where i took these screenshots is from a mod called "Skystone Castle".

   Are these compatible with Elemental Staffs (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15152)?

      No they aren't, that mod adds several texture sets, one for each color so if you were to install it then install my mod afterwards, only one staff for each type would use my models and textures, i'm not sure though.
