Radiance - Radiant Quest Enhancements expands upon Skyrim's radiant quest system.
The Quest plugin modifies the way some vanilla radiant quests place their quest items, makes some vanilla quests with previously fixed locations use the radiant system, and adds new bounty quests

Affected Quests:
 - Amulet of the Moon: The Amulet of the Moon is no longer found in the boss chest, but instead carried by the boss of the location.
 - Azra's Staffs: The staff is no longer found in the boss chest, but instead carried by the boss of the location.
 - Boethiah's Calling: The Champion of Boethiah is no longer found in Knifepoint Ridge, but instead can be found at any bandit camp. Only the Champion needs to be killed in order to progress this quest.
 - Dungeon Delving: Caves: The quest target is no longer found in the boss chest, but instead lying arround at the center of the location.
 - Finn's Lute: Finn's Lute is no longer found in Stony Creek Cave, but instead can be found at any bandit camp, forsworn camp, hagraven nest, vampire lair, or warlock lair in skyrim.
 - Fight or Flight: Leifnarr's corpse is no longer found in Broken Helm Hollow, but instead can be found at any bandit camp in the Rift.
 - Grimsever's Return: Grimsever is no longer found in Mzinchaleft, but instead can be found at any dwemer ruin in Skyrim.
 - Kill the Vampire: You are no longer directed to any vampire lair in Haafingar (which, in vanilla skyrim, is only Pinemoon Cave), but any vampire lair in Skyrim.
 - Lost Relic: The relic is no longer found in the boss chest, but instead carried by the boss of the location.
 - Mourning Never Comes: Alain Dufont is no longer found in Raldbthar, but instead can be found at any bandit camp in the Skyrim.
 - Onmund's Request: The staff is no longer found in the boss chest, but instead carried by the boss of the location.
 - Pantea's Flute: Pantea's Flute is no longer found in Hob's Fall Cave, but instead can be found at any warlock lair in Skyrim.
 - Pieces of the Past: Drascua is no longer found in Dead Crone Rock, but instead can be found at any hagraven nest in the Reach.
 - The Blessings of Nature: Nettlebane is no longer found in Orphan Rock, but instead can be found at any hagraven nest in Skyrim.
 - The Forgemaster's Fingers: The Forgemaster's Fingers are no longer found in the boss chest, but instead carried by the boss of the location.
 - The Heart of Dibella: Fjotra is no longer found in Broken Tower Redoubt, but instead can be found at any forsworn camp in the Reach.
 - Totems of Hircine: The Totem of Hircine is no longer found in the boss chest, but instead lying nearby.

New Bounty Quests:
 - Bounty: Animal
 - Bounty: Unknown (2x)
 - Bounty: Vampire

In cases where a specific location is mentioned in the dialogue, it has been altered to reflect the quest's random nature. 
Although I recommend a new game, this mod should work fine as long as none of the affected quests is running. Keep in mind, however, that quests might be running before appearing in your journal, and some of the altered quests even run from the game start.
