(The 2.2 update includes minor edits in the player home per request.)
The new merchants offer merchandise supplied through renewed trade. This is inevitable after the ebony mine begins shipping ore once again.
The diverse and proliferating plant life reflects the fertility of the soil. As stated by Faryl Atheron of Brandy-Mug Farm: "…in volcanic soil the plants practically grow themselves."
About “weather mods” If a mod thickens snowflakes, or makes lightning deadly, this don’t really alter weather. Climates of Tamriel changes regional settings; the type of weather and its frequency have been altered. The weather changing version of this mod does also. Having 2 mods doing the same thing is generally discouraged. I have not actually tested my weather version with CoT or Tropical Skyrim. If you do, please let us know.
It was frustrating to have to run out to Tel Mythrin just to buy a spell. Now you won’t have to. I also thought it would be nice to have merchants that can purchase what you bring them. Finally, I love seeing actual rain and sunny days in Raven Rock If you have felt the same, now you’ve got all that. Rock on!
Thanks for working on a Raven Rock mod! As with your other city mods, the extra foliage helps liven things up. I did have to use the "Control Weather" spell a few times to see how it matches your screenshots, and they do!
I do have a couple of issues with the Ash Storm Refuge house: The alchemy & enchanting table appears to be placed too high - this screenshot should help show the problem. I don't have a screenshot for it, but the bench in the other floor where there's a dining table appears to have the same problem. It feels like my legs are dangling when I sit on it. I have the "weather" version installed at the moment.
Other than that, the addition of the 2 shops, especially the mage one, is a welcome addition. Now it feels like one can stay at Solstheim without needing to run back to Skyrim for magic supplies.
Do you eventually plan on making a "GreyMtnFox's Skyrim + RR" all-in-one mod? Thanks again for sharing this!
thats definitely a version i am really considering to install for a high/light fantasy playthrough. and i am happy that someone gave ravenrock some attention. most seem to ignore that small town which is really sad since it has room, potential and has unique assets. btw cute profile pic xD

EDIT: changed version reported
Not all city overhauls have been posted yet. Eventually they may be combined.
Edit: height issues have been addressed (v2.2).
