I like the idea, and I'll check it out. Especially if you run Frostfall getting wet is a s#*! idea. If you don't have waterwalking capability getting to the Winter War or the Serpent's Stone is hell. And you really really have to know exactly how to find the existing pack ice bridge to Septimus' Outpost from the shore (even after dozens of playthroughs I still don't). Having a horse to swim and carry me helps, because the cold mechanics are only a problem for me, no one else, not even the horse. And not even sitting on my swimming horse, though I'm still knee-deep in the water, lets my boots get wet... :-)
However, though I can't tell off-hand about Lost Valley, the other two ford places are already ford places. The Cradlecrush ford is a bit deeper, thigh high or so, but the Riverwood ford is already barely more than ankle-deep, and I use that place all the time to get to Anise's Cabin (and her Enchanter) when I'm based at Riverwood for a bit of stat improvement.
Btw, I like that the bridges have individual styling, fitting the place they are serving. Well done!
Yes. The idea of bridges is not new but it is the one for fords (and also ferries). I can't wait to see a complete navmesh for the bridges because there are atm some issues with followers. They never walk on bridges and, mainly, the bridges itself become an "obstacle" that makes a follower to run in the spot against the bridge forever (also because this is ... Bugthesda). Anyhow, good work.
Congrats for releasing your awesome mod and thank you for mentioning me!
If you want to, you can make an update and include a ferry to Septimus Signus to make my mod redundant. Why make people download more mods than necessary?
Also a quesion: are the new bridges and other routes navmeshed?
I may make an ice field that leads to the location instead, as I want to keep the crossings limited to places that are somewhat frequented by people. And no, I completely forgot about navemeshing, I'll be sure to do that in a future update!
Excellent idea, the water in Skyrim is far too cold to stupidly swim in... especially in armour!
Wondering about the 'wreck of the Winter War', would it be possible to have a rowboat out there, those bandits are always getting into trouble and the amount of times I have to go out there to retreive an heirloom, prisoner, or just kill the leader is really taxing, anyway it would make sense if they had a way to and from the wreck too.
I've not tested all the locations yet as I only have two locations known on this game map, but happy with what I have and as far as I can see it's gonna be another permanent mod on my list.
I love this! I really enjoy how they are not all the same. This will go nice with the two other bridge replacer mods I have in my game. Thank you for sharing!

Also, great addition to the game. Thanks for sharing.
