About this mod

This mod adds a line of dialogue to everyone that says "You got stew for brains?" which is an insult in lore. They respond, "I'll teach you to talk to me that way!" using their natural voices. Then you brawl. You can't use weapons. If you get beat up, the combat ends. If you win, you need to speak to the character to end the brawl.

Description
This mod adds a line of dialogue to everyone that says "You got stew for brains?" which is an insult in lore. They respond, "I'll teach you to talk to me that way!" using their natural voices. If they don't have that generic line (like voiced follower mods) then they just say the line in subtitles. Then you brawl. You can't use weapons. If you get beat up, the combat ends. If you win, you need to speak to the character (or any character) to end the brawl.

This mod is cleaned with TESVEdit and does not alter any vanilla quests or assets.
This only sorta works on children. They say the line, but run and hide and don't fight back. That is normal vanilla behavior and I saw no need to change it.
This mod doesn't work on animals.

Conflicts
Should be none (should work with any mod even if they alter vanilla brawls)
But conflicts with "Go to Bed mod: Link" - I don't know why - if you figure it out, please let me know what I can do to fix it.
Fixed it because patient modders (thanks to johnwhite92, Saggaris, and andrelo1) helped walk me through my problem! Please download the new version.

Draw - A Dueling Mod - Works just fine.
Modern Brawl Bug Fix will have no effect on this mod, so your brawl might bug out (this hasn't happened to me yet.)
JanusForbeares Fighting Words does the same thing but is outdated and alters vanilla code. There is no need to have both mods unless you want to have the original taunts included in the other mod, but not in this one. I owe the mod creator for creating it though, because only by taking that mod apart was I able to figure out how to make my own!

Why?
You might RP a character that brawls or picks fights. You might enjoy that. I also wanted this as a "proof of concept" that enables me to add this behavior to specific NPCs so that I can (like Benor or the Riften stable owner) have quests that enable people to gamble or become followers. Other modders can use this mod as a resource to add this to their followers that they make. That way the follower might not like you until you beat them at fisticuffs. The code, quests, and other things inside are free for you to use in any way.
