   As always with a city overhaul, the idea is to improve aesthetics, while trying to respect lore. 
   Functionality is also considered, ergo the new smelter and real chopping block. 
   Finally, adventure is important, so you have the magic loot chest.  
   The aspens always appear saturated, but that's how real ones look in Colorado.

   It's a bit over the top I don't particularly like that there's multiple divines in the city when it was originally for Debella...

      My understanding is that all of Skyrim observes at least 8 of the divines, Demon.  Fortunately we players all have our choice.
