Hello! Two options: 1. Some other mod overwrites merchant lists. 2. The mod is installed on a save, on which it was not there when the game started. If so, then the shields will appear sooner or later. Approximately in a month and a half on playing time.
I would love to download this update but it says the file is still uploading to the servers and it said that around this time yesterday when I checked too.
Great mod! The shields look good and are fun to collect. Decent stats too. I'm glad the NPCs and draugr use them instead of that bland old iron shield, it feels like it should have been this way all along.
Wow, all this content from just an 8 MB, that's insane bro. I hope someday you make some kite shields too (nah, I'm not making a request, I'm just saying).

Wonderful collection of shields! They look extremely lore friendly to me. Nice addition to the game arsenal.
