   Do you think I could use your 3.4 patch and use it on my 3.01 requiem? It's from Ultimate Skyrim

      I think, yes. There is no problem to use it on 3.01 requiem. The patch changes only weight of potions. Name of potions, textures and other weren’t changed.

   So I installed this and I'm trying to stream skyrim to my friends so I have to alt+tab when opening the game and when I do that with this mod activated it just straight up closes the game after the Bethesda logo or when I alt+tab

      You have to use Reqtificator again, when you activated this mod and check Load Order (the mod have to stand after Requiem.esp).
      This mod is very easy, without scripts, without textures. It is strange it straight up closes the game. I will check your error.

   its says 3.4 but would it work for 4x or a coming update for 4x?

      I will check it. But I think, it would work for Requiem 4. If it needs, I will do a patch for Requiem 4.
