All mods that was made to modify this house, all gave some bug.
This is already the third update mod that I come across Breezehome, I won't risk it, since I've been checking the posts and already some problems came up ... Every other Ods I tested for this house, even though I start a new game not It worked, a problem has always arose.
I liked the appearance of the house, but still I will not risk, nor did I buy this house, since it does not offer me in the normal state.

There is a Textura error with the furniture in the entrance. Another bug is that Lydia or any npc that was already inside gets stuck in an infinity loop outside the house but it's easy to solve (with the console I brought her back). I don't know how to upload the image in this comment

    Hy!
I have two questions. The Vortex showed me incompatibility problem with Dragons Keep mod. I used suggested settings by Vortex for this. Or should I use something else settings? The home looks cool, but Lydia is missing. She was there before the mod, not my follower. This could be because the conflicts with the other mod?

Hi! I'm not on Vortex and haven't used that mod. My mod doesn't alter the keep, but if that one alters Breezehome there will be a conflict. If you had already visited Breezehome and Lydia spawned there, she'll still be in the old home... which is in the void, outside of the new home. As a rule of thumb, never install mods AFTER you've already visited the location they edit! You could try installing a companion mod with a teleport function, using "tcl" command in console to move in the void and find the old Breezehome there, hire Lydia as your companion, go back in my Breezehome and then summon her with the teleport from the mod. However I'm not sure if the load door in Whiterun will update correctly if you have already used it. Worth a try I guess!

Thank you, I disabled the mod, get Lydia as companion, enabeld the mod and after dismissing returned to home perfectly. Later I deleted Dragons Keep, because I wanted use Mirai, and there is no patch for them, so problem solved :D

thanks! Appartently I accidentally wrapped in some of my texture overhaul. Place it high on your modlist so it doesn't overwrite any texture!

The house is good, Thanks! Lucia likes there! but it is very dark, and, if possible, tries to put a book shelf in the future!

thanks for the feedback! I'll try adding one when I get to it! As for the lights, I'll see what I can do. Skyrim handles lights rather poorly and too many lights will make the engine go crazy and start deactivating them at random. This shouldn't happen with flat lights, but they'r uglier... I'll consider making a new version with more flat lights so you can pick up either! ( have you lighted up the fireplaces? )

Yes, and I added additional lighting with the Skyrim lanterns mod, and that has already solved my problem! Now I just miss the bookshelves

Hi! I know it's been a while, but I had to learn how to do it, so it took longer than it should have xD I added bookshelf functionality to the little shelf on the lab room next to the main bedroom, it can store up to 16 books!

The house is great, everything is very nice, just one small problem. I can't get out once I go in

I double checked and I can exit the house just fine.
      2 hypothesis:
1- You had already visited Breezehome in your current savegame. Since I obviously had to change the teleport marker for the door maybe the changes did not apply. Skyrim is funny like that sometimes. Try in a new game or stay away of Whiterun for some in game days to hopefully have it refresh.
2- If you are on a new game there may be a conflict with some other mod. Due to how I made the changes this is unlikely, but if you're on new save I would be grateful if you could provide me your mod list so that I can check against it ( or if you want to speed it up and do it yourself disable a small bunch of mods until you can exit. Then re-enable them 1  by 1 until you can't exit anymore to have our guilty guy )
