Download Custom Difficulty UI set your PC dmg to 0.10 from 0.25 and your enemy dmg to whatever you want from 3.00 to 30.00 for enemies and don't forget use legendary for mod and your game. And you even don't need combat mod anymore using that mod lol. Also you can use Weapon Damage UI from same mod creator page.It work with magic and other weapons etc.
Thanks for advice, even that Mod is too Old, I'll try, Another option is to give Bosses some Perks using Test5Edit directly, do you think it will work?
Don't worry im using those mods for months and is very stable it doesn't affect your mods or performance in any way.If you want make any monster more harder even if you didn't try my recomend mods already i can give you a bonus.I don't think giving perks to bosses make them harder.Hard is one word hit hard that is damage or be faster and hit harder so i recomend you another mod if you want to try Enemy Enhancer Expanded this mod let you customize any monster in your game and give them buffs to make them harder to beat almost imposible. If you combine all 3 mods i did say up Enemy Enhancer Expander +Custom Difficulty UI make your player dmg to lowest recomend to set that if you want your game harder and Weapon Damage UI.
I didn't test yet giving perks to bosses but giving buffs with Enemy Enhancer Expanded is better also you may need mod Know Your Enemy to work with Enemy Enhancer Expanded.
Thanks for the Tips, I achieve unique and challenging combats, modifying the Combat attributes of the OBIS Bandits and Rebirth of the Monster and through DAR assigning them different combat animations according to their Perks, the results are fantastic

If I've changed the npc class package of a particular follower, via the console, will the perks adjust accordingly to their new skill focus?
Also, has anyone tried this with NFF as adverse to AFT?
