UFO is very outdated I would uninstall it and install AFT or amazing follower tweaks. Plus did you check that relationship dialog overhaul is installed? It is required for the mod to work.
I apologize for interfering again. AFT also deprecated and has many bugs. RDO - good suggestion, but still the main task of the plugin is dialogue. I would advise you something newer and more stable - Nether's Follower Framework
AFT just needed cleaned in TES5Edit and it works fine for me, however, thanks for the tip I will install it and try it out. And I don't mind interference when its due, like asking for hot and sexy children. (rolls eyes).

This guy, who appears here on the Nexus as UNI00SL, through a very ingenious work created AI packages in the Vanilla Followers AI mode, portions of which were also used by other mods creators, which is why, regardless of whether, you you took these packages directly from the source, or from another part that was also based on this source, I suggest that the contribution brought by this user, be recognized and included in the credits list.

Cute and when given good equipment and change her specs a bit, makes a great killer/follower! minor problem....she doesn't stop following me! I use AFT and assigned her a home then dismissed her but she still followed. I reloaded her and once I got her from Gallows Rock I dismissed her but she doesn't leave my service! I always wanted to be chased by a younger woman but NOT this way!!!

You could try the resetAI and recycleactor commands too. - You may want to try RDO and UFO too, though not certain if those two will conflict with ATF, but with RDO you can go to the MCM and make any NPC you are pointing at a follower which can be really fun : ) - Great mod HeavensAngel96, very cute.

I can't get her to follow me
there is no dialogue for her to follow me when I go into gallows
