I'll test this later today, looks like a nice little hobbit-hole.
Addendum: Pretty great. The little spider making big spider noises startled me at first. Good storage. Lots of bookshelves. Not a lot of stuff around that area, so good on you using what I feel is a largely-ignored section of Skyrim. Maybe you could add a small township nearby or something, if you feel like getting more creative? Also, the lack of an arcane enchanter was a bit disappointing, but we can't have everything in life.
A hidden, secret room with displays for all the daedric artifacts and some sort of office to sort and administrate all your correspondance would be nice. Living in a house without a toillette and a bathroom i find difficult to imaging.
Firstly, I love this. It feels very cosy and helps immensely when it comes to trying to roleplay a wanderer who doesn't live in any of the big cities, but you don't want to just be some maniac that doesn't sleep. There are only two downsides I've seen. First, being as small as it is, I feel like it would have been cool had there been an extra secret room or two to grant a full on forge with workbenches and the like, but that's a really minor thing that's personal preference really. The anvil is great as is.
The only actual complaint is a bug, in that every so often when I travel to the home, my character appears a good few dozen feet of the ground and plummets, almost to their death had my health not been upgraded. It's easy enough to catch it and console command god-mode or something, but it's still something that should be known for those that are doing iron-man games or other sorts of things where death means quite a bit. Just be ready in case you aren't on the ground. Personally, this happened to me a fair amount from fast-travelling at a great distance; if I could see the house in any way, it didn't happen.
Last but not least is, I hope that spider isn't important, I disabled it immediately.
Very nice house, the location is great.Thank you very much for this beautiful work. But: The constant noises of spiders bothers me.It's a shame because the house is very nice and the view is great.I uninstalled the mod again because the noises annoy me.Maybe you could turn off the noise with a patch. That would be very nice for me.

I love simple homes. Basic is better, I hate clutter. But I noticed two things. The "Alchemy Lab" does not appear but was selectable.
Picture One
The second thing was that I could not open the false back panel, but could select the enchanter, which caused funny clipping with the wall.
Picture Two
Love this mod and will keep checking in.
