Hello @Nicoroshi, I was just talking to @Kharnivor over on discord and we realized that the flag on Mehrunes Talon to ignore weapon resistance does not do anything for console users. Would it be possible for @Kharnivor to modify this file to add a 50% ignore armor enchantment similar to Enhanced Crossbows in the vanilla game?. Thank you and we appreciate the time and effort spent in crafting these excellent weapons.
Pretty much all the bows I have released do not have any enchantment to allow the player to add the enchantment of their choice that suits their play style. If Kharnivor would like to upload a modified version of this mod for XBox that includes an enchantment please have him ask me via PM.

Flags. Known flag values include:
0x01: Ignores Normal Weapon Resistance (probably an obsolete holdover from Oblivion) 0x02: Automatic 0x04: Has Scope 0x08: Can't Drop 0x10: Hide Backpack 0x20: Embedded Weapon 0x40: Don't Use 1st Person IS Animations (or Don't Use 3rd Person IS Animations -- always paired with 0x100 in third set of flags) 0x80: Unplayable (The checkbox display in the CK is "Playable", i.e. the inverse of this flag's value)
From this information it doesn't do anything on PC either. Just an obsolete flag from Oblivion era. Learn something new everyday.
First of all, I must admit I'm a bit of a "fanboy" when it comes to your mods. As someone who enjoys playing an archer, your bows are always my favorite. In particular my usual go to has usually been your Dark One bow combined with your Dreadweave Arrows. Then I came across this one. I love everything about it. It has quickly become my new favorite. The only thing I can think of to make it better is if you could somehow make a scoped version, (lately I've been playing as a true archer without crosshairs and a scoped version would be the Bomb). Keep up the good work, and thank you for your time and effort.
I will not make a scoped version. I too like to play without crosshairs like a true archer. the mod that I HIGHLY recommend is called archery tweaks. it’s a small lightweight mod that only changes a few things arrow speed arrow drop aim point (now it’s just above the tip of my arrow) and removes the matrix style dodge enemies can do. that’s it but the difference in game play is HUGE! also your enemies get the same arrow speed and drop you do. makes ranged battles more fun :) (Khajiit voice) “Take a look”
All the various bows you've created thus far have been totally superb. But it would be really nice if this bow didn't have the ghastly red and black coloration of the vanilla daedric weapons...just my personal niggle as such . But anyway thank you for the vastly better alternative.
And others will love that color scheme. humanly impossible for me to please everyone with every bow I make. people like different things what I am doing is making a ton of variation in the bows I am making so that people can find one that suits their personal preference. Real bows is a great mod and the Daedric replacer from that mod is not black and red. it is possible to mix and match. :) both real bows and my replacers use the same vanilla file structure. install Real bows first then install the singular replacers I have released for the bows you do like after and let them overwrite. this way you can fine tune the available bow mods specific to your own game and preferences.
Really digging the replacer versions of these bows lately, they're realistic, stay true to the original bows, and make boring looking bows like glass and daedric more unique.
