How about the kage ceremonial robe, the thing all the kage were depicted wearing in the beginning of the show. Or maybe the seven ninja swordsman outfit. Im not best at recommendations.
if possible pls make akatsuki robe "larger" so we can use with another clothes , I use blue jeans mod which add some shirts and pants , using only pants shirtless the robe clip with my char chest around the nips (haha)

Here is a relatively short video on how to write xml files for hdt-smp. I attempted to do this myself as it looks very simple; the guy in the video provides a premade xml for us to download, you just need to find the right bones, copy and paste them into the spots he shows you. I'm away from my PC right now, but my bone structure is very intuitive. You can open it in havok JFF to see their names. They are divided in back, left and right with their children (back 2, left 2 right 2...) for moveable parts And bone capsules for collision from pelvis below, npc being the ground for keyframe (bone attached)
god tier mod- you simply must make a cloud village headband for the cloud district so i can get there more often, also on a serious note will dosu's set come with his subwoofer? if so, will it be functional? @JaxWalker its in my future projects. Actualy, today I spent the day learning how to import facegen nifs to 3ds max (more control over vertices), make them compatible with high poly head by vectorplus and put it back ingame. Still don't figure out the last part tho
would you be planning on making your self a modding legend by continuing the work of the naruto total overhaul mod? i have so many ideas and the mod had so much potential and when combined with your mod its just *chef kiss*
Sometime ago I contacted the author so se can work together, but he had other things to do. Anyway, his mod was removed from nexus due to Copyright. The only I have permission to do is to make extensions for the uchiha clan, but I'm nearly clueless about scripting
