Version 1.00.03 - Hert (if left alive) will camp outdoors. Player can earn money from lumbermill, if Hert is alive, on a weekly basis: 0-1000 income, 125 labor cost, 10% chance of repair cost 10-3000.
Version 1.00.02 - Adds safe containers to interior and exterior. Mandatory quest update removed that should allow Thief players to steal the deed instead of playing through.
