      It's quite easy to do. In the CK, load the .esp, go to the All tab and type in "00_" This will bring up the weapons. Just open them up and change the damage value to whatever you want :)

      Thank you! Unfortunately, I don't share my characters. Sorry about that. As for the outfit, the mask is mentioned in a below comment and the rest of the outfit is from Brokefoot's UNP mashup compilation and West Wind Assault Armor.

      The images seen are from the recent alpha test of the new version not yet released, but the church location should look very similar still.
