Rugged Rogue outfits for Skyrim LE
- Multiple outfits for both male and female characters with full weight slider support, built earlier in 2020 as a learning exercise in quarantine. Informal, hard-wearing clothing for the discerning adventurer. Available in 1K & 2K.
- Female variants based around UNP body, in case that matters.
- UPDATE: now with optional CBBE patch as a separate file. Install main version then the patch!
- Created using Marvelous Designer, Modo, Substance Painter, Photoshop and Outfit Studio. (That last one was incredibly useful for getting things into Skyrim, many thanks to everyone involved!)
Location and Crafting
- There's a chest near the waterline on the path just beyond the huge natural stone arch with Solitude above. There's a screenshot of precisely where in the mod images section. Chest includes outfits and a pattern book should you wish to craft new instances.
Installation
- Use a mod manager or copy the contents of 'Data' into your Skyrim LE 'Data' folder and add 'rugged_rogue.esp' to your addons list.
Known Bugs
- Mesh weighting isn't perfect, but should be free of the most egregious clipping etc.
- Outfits were built around maximum weight bodies, so things are a bit on the muscly and/or chesty side.
Permissions
- Do anything you like with these models and textures, so long as you credit me (QuarantineCouture) for the outfit meshes and textures, and dimon99 et al for the UNP body mesh.

I ported this for my own use, but thought I might share as well for no loss, since they were a bit tricky to translate...
At least until someone comes up with something better. Or Physics...
All I wanted, is the Mod for my LE game and/or a Mod page for it.

-Put the right version number in the CK
-Added some missing records from USLEEP
-"backtimized" the meshes with NifOpt
-Textures are uncompressed, so far.
(That was the only way for them to show in my game. Will investigate.)
-Rimade the normal maps from scratch, since I couldn't open the original
-Also I played a TINY bit with sharpening ?
-Added 1K textures (to make it work with older hardware)
