Craft a set of elegant light armor for a travelling minstrel. The armor is based on "Fine Clothes," combined with a chain mail hauberk, and is supplemented by steel-lined cap, bracers, and boots. All are keyed to the Steel Smithing perk.

This set of Sound files adds optional casting sounds to Spellsinger, based on the Sovngarde chants.
