The thing is i cannot use it properly right now. It only works with Souls Gem which bought from vendor, i cannot use the ones that I have filled. I tried re-installing, completely deleting and installing but no use. Is it maybe a possible bug or Am I the only one experiencing such thing.
Custom filled soul gems are not recognized by the crafting menu, because they are still the same item as the empty soul gem (you can see that their value does not change after filling them). This results in some other bugs like them not stacking correctly or them losing their souls if you drop them.
The unofficial patch fixes this for fully filled soul gems. For partially filled soul gems, you could use a mod like Aquisitive Soul Gems Multithreaded or Genuinely Intelligent Soul Trap to avoid getting partially filled soul gems.
Would you consider adding one to Dragonsreach as well? It'd be awesome to be able to buy new soul gems and sell enchanted items to the wizard when he's so readily available. Plus it's nice to be so close to the Companions when you level up, so you can visit the different trainers for new fighting skill levels.
The principle is wonderful, but can it be applied to the operation of any arcane enchanter and work from the player's inventory? I do a lot of enchanting of items for sale as well as to level the skill up, renaming enchanted items for sale by simply prepending the gold value stated by the enchanting table.
So, what I'd like to see is pretty simple:
(1) Enchant one item with the normal process, including renaming the item;
(2) Press a button to repeat the same process, given the existence of an identical unenchanted item and another filled soul gem of the same type in the inventory.
In other words, (2) is just a short cut to doing all the steps involved in (1) over again.
If you or anyone else could create a mod to do this, I would be glad to make a significant donation! It would obviate by far the most tedious task in playing the game.

But could you make a version where the Bulk Enchanter is in Farengar's place in Dragonsreach instead?
