Made a few final changes to the Bunny Surge: it no longer works on undead, daedra, dragons, and automatons in order to avoid weirdness. Additionally, it applies a calm spell to targets. Promise this is the last bunny update! :)

Added 22 new Surges to the list and added a "Phobia-Friendly" file, which removes two of the new Surges from the list because they could elicit a negative response from those with severe arachnophobia or acrophobia. Also added a "Fixer" power if you run into the vampire lord/werewolf bug

Fixes a rather hilarious bug that caused 1 specific Wild Magic Surge to boost your conjuration skill to roughly level 80 if you got it in combat. Also added some forgotten facegen files to fix the dark-face bug. Also fixed a minor syntax error.

Fixed the bug with the Green Surge effect advancing Brelyna's sidequest. This was caused by me forgetting to replace the script of the new spell after duplicating and editing Brelyna's green spell. Now it has a new script that does not touch the quest.

Thanks to the help of Nexusmods user tommas666, the script has been re-written for optimal performance, maximum compatibility, and MCM functions!
