Alright! I had an idea of Windhelm citizens to change their clothes while indoors\outdoors. 'Cause I am using a Snowy Windhelm and I added some warm stuff to a few NPC. Once you handle that script I'll be able to implement my idea too At the same time I have some experience with arranging NPC packages, so feel free to ask!
