Adds a kinda traditional nordic bath house to the eastern wing of the Palace of the Kings in Windhelm.
What could be best for a blood-sick tired northern warrior after glorious battles than a warm steaming pool, or a cold one which is so refreshing. Windhelm now takes care of not just the safety of their people and past, but the comfort and moral of faithful soldiers.
The entrance is added to the eastern wall of the palace courtyard in windhelm. It's nothing special really. Just fancy looking rooms with pools to hang out and a kind cook girl, Valka, who provides the best roasted beef in the town.
Some gameplay effects and more featires (maybe compatibility paches) might be added later, so stay tuned!
