So I've had this light flicker problem with only my player character for months to a year now... and this worked like magic. I actually love you so much, this saved my playthrough! You are a god among men, a scholar, and a gentleman!
Adding my voice to the chorus, is there any way to get a port over to SE? I've got a stupid effect stuck on my main and it would be such a damn shame to scrap my character over it. This is literally the only mod I have found with any chance of fixing the issue and it's not updated.
You may be able to fix it with this. It helped me get rid of a weird blur that almost cost my sanity. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29360
I found a SE alternative that did exactly what I was looking for from this mod. I'll just link it here incase anyone would come here looking for the same thing in the future. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29360 Basically I had this weird blur effect around my screen that never went away, I think it was caused by archery gameplay overhaul. Loading up all my plugins in SSEedit, applying that script, and then doing "bat clearIMADs" in the game console fixed the issue.

Отвратный мод, который даже не работает. Искал решение проблемы с зависшим визуальным эффектом. Не советую качать, пока разработчик не сделает его нормальным...
It does work. I just used the manual to remove visual effects on my character. The key to getting the menu to work is after you have assigned the manual (or other tools) to your favorites and assigned a hotkey (1-9) to them, you have to save and reload that save before they will work. I'm on skyrim non-special edition. And actually, I'm playing Enderal, and it still works.
This must be the essential mod for screenarchery. But to active it is pretty tricky. You need first to favorite and bind the "manual" to quick keys as what the author told you. Then you should save your current game with the key bindings. Once you load this save, the control menu would immediately jump out right after you press the quick key. I tried so many times to figure this out.
I still have a small question with the interior fog change that I can't find any option to restore the default interior fog setting. Anyone has a clue?
I suggest the author of the mod to put this piece of information both in the mod description and in the Readme. It's not a big deal to follow this instructions, but it is important to know about them. If it wasn't for Yayotal I would have probably given up on the mod because I couldn't find a way to make it start.
Yayotal dude, this was simply the best comment of all! I thought this mod is lost for Skyrim Special Edition, but your instruction worked there too. Many thanks to you!
