   Would this conflict with any retextures? And does it have issues with ENBs?

   Thanks for your mod, the placement is better.
   
   However, it doesn't look really good with newer ENB binaries (with their particles feature). Basically, it's fine in first person, but in third person the light renders the characters textures bright white. Perhaps using the "Skyrim particle patch" nif would help avoid that

   I think this will work for me. I always find vanilla candlelight to be blinding for me but also not really illuminating much at the same time.
