      How does this feature in Extensible Follower Framework?

      EFF let's me teleport someone that's ALREADY a follower. I was trying EFF, the teleport spell only works if I already have registered followers.

      This allows me to teleport an NPC, then talk and ask them to follow, no?

      granted that EFF has this function but that dosnnt mean it works on all mod followers so that is a reason for this mod

    I made successful bound, but i can not see any option to teleport my follower. Any idea how to fix this?

      Do you mean that player can link to multiple npc and teleport them?
