hey, i've got a problem, when i install the mod, everything is ok, i followed the instructions, but in-game, the castle isn't appearing and i searched many times to understand why but i can't find... also, that's the same effect for all mod which are building, none appears... i don't know what to do, do you have a solution ?
I'm sorry you are having troubles. You are right that it might be a conflict with another mod. Unfortunately, some mods are almost impossible to remove. With as many mods running as you have, it can be extremely difficult. You are really going to need a great deal of luck, or help from someone who knows more about it than I do. I would probably try running BOSS to see if the load order change helps anything and then load it all up in TES5Edit to see if there are any direct conflicts between the mods. The only other thing I know to do is to start removing things and see if what fixes it. But there are quite a few new tools out there that I have probably never even heard of and there might be some better way.
I just added this mod and the Armory addon today and other than a couple tiny little things, I'm loving it.
Having some kind of odd bug where when I try to talk to Garner he poops a smelter (a very glitchy "why is this suddenly here in the middle of the room" one) and it opens the smelting menu. Then he says "huh?" and walks off. The smelter disappears when I tab out of the menu but I do not get a dialog option for him at all.
I have tried loading an earlier save, loading out of the room and back in, going off and dinking around killing something and coming back later just to scare a smelter out of him again. It's likely a conflict with another mod causing this, but I'm not sure which (maybe CCOR and it's army of related mods? Those are the ones NMM had to reorder when I installed this today). I will try disabling/enabling him tomorrow when I'm back on the game.
The other weird thing isn't really anything dysfunctional, it's just weird. When I use the chopping block to the left of the main entrance, the enchanting trainer just kind of stands/hangs out on my back half the time. Maybe he thinks I'm a horse, I don't know. Chopping block still works and he'll be back on the floor when I'm done and he will talk to me and train me without problem, it's just...a little bizarre to watch my little wood elf chop wood with a grown man standing on her back.
I'm glad to hear you are enjoying it. I have to say those are two of the more unique bugs that I have heard of. As you say, the magically appearing smelter sounds like something that is the result of a conflict with another mod. I would have no idea which one, but I would suspect anything that has something to do with smithing. Of course, that is the most obvious and could be totally wrong. Garner was one of my first NPCs and I think I copied him from the blacksmith in Riften. It might be connected with the dialogue scripts somehow. Now that other thing just sounds like one of the bizarre Skyrim glitches. Everyone has a few uniquely bizarre things happening in Skyrim. Sometimes its fun and sometimes its just irritating.
Sorry to take so long to respond here. Trouble with guards attacking the player is usually the result of some glitch in the factions. The crime faction for the mod is set up just as the others are around vanilla Skyrim. I have not been able to isolate it to a problem in the mod itself as it seems to plague some players more that others and some not at all - just like in other cities around the game. In fact, in any fight with the merchants over stealing or whatnot, the guards actually seem to be on my side sometimes, which I can't begin to explain. When I do get them riled up, letting them arrest me seems to be the best way to end it as the jail is relatively easy to break out of and you can pick up all of your stuff from the chests on the way out.

I'm having a problem with getting the Trainers in the Warehouse to give me training. I get the dialogue option but nothing happens after I select it, no Training window or anything shows. I haven't maxed out my skills in Smithing and Enchanting so I know that isn't the problem.
Custom trainers are a little bit odd. I can only get the dialogue box to come up by double clicking on the training option, where the vanilla trainers all work with one click. They will then give me the training but they do not actually speak the lines assigned to them. I'm afraid that I have no solutions for the problems. I tried everything I could think of and that is the best I could get them to do. I considered removing the option altogether but thought it better to have it somewhat functional if not actually perfect.The same issues also occur with the various trainers in the Armory.

The floating grass is not a problem with the mod. that's a problem with your grass settings in Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini and/or possibly a problem with some of your other mods if you are running some of the various grass/plant mods. Fortunately, it is pretty easy to fix.
There may be other settings you need depending on your other mods. For example, the Skyrim Flora Overhaul requires the following line be added as well: iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=6
Hopefully, that will fix it. If not, you might want to Google "Skyrim floating grass fix" and read some of the other solutions.

The floating grass is not a problem with the mod. that's a problem with your grass settings in Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini and/or possibly a problem with some of your other mods if you are running some of the various grass/plant mods. Fortunately, it is pretty easy to fix.
I just took this from the wiki page - Floating Grass Fix
Open up both Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini and at the bottom of the [Grass] section add/alter this:
bAllowLoadGrass=0
bAllowCreateGrass=1
bDrawShaderGrass=1
There may be other settings you need depending on your other mods. For example, the Skyrim Flora Overhaul requires the following line be added as well: iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=6
Hopefully, that will fix it. If not, you might want to Google "Skyrim floating grass fix" and read some of the other solutions.
