I always thought Whiterun was a bit boring in terms of water, so here is a solution to that.

Introduction
I always thought that in terms of water the city of Whiterun was lacking and as its where I spend most of my time. I thought that I should fix it.
The mod is quite simple but what it does is adds 30+ water features to whiterun (Most of the small details) that make the city fit Its any feel more.
I.E. Puddles on the bottom of stairs.
Performance
No performance impact is seen when using the mod.
