    I am using a translator because my English is not good.

    During an unarmed attack, the player attacks without clenching his fist. Is it possible to solve it through an update or use a different mode?

      I won't be making updates that edit the animations themselves, sorry.  Unfortunately I did not create these animations, I only edited the speed of them so that they matched hit timing and sound.

    There's still a half second delay for the hit to register after the punch is thrown :/

      I ran into the same problem as Arvaaperekele in that I didn't create these animations, just slowed them down so that the timing wasn't as awful. Slowing them by too much caused the animations to be sluggish and feeling off. I'll test some more to see if I can get rid of all possible delay time, but I can't guarantee how the animations will look/feel in gameplay. I'll update here once it's completed.

      EDIT: New version is uploaded, let me know how it goes for you in-game.

      It's a lot closer to the actual hit but it's a little slow. But that's okay I just paired it with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52634 and adjusted the speed via Tesedit
