?In order to actually create a painting you need to run Skyrim in windowed mode.
pleas, please, please can anybody fix this so we dont need to do that? I would appreciate it as I really like this mod, but prefer to not have to play in windowed mod.
Windowed mod is a full screen mod with the ability to access your desktop without exiting Skyrim plus he squeezes more fps out of the game, why you wouldn't want that?
naaaaw man, that just dont work dude. Windowed mode completely removes my immersion, by focing me to focus on staring at a box.

Fallout 4 actually allows me to open up back to the desktop at any time, and still have full screen mod, which is amazing I'm hoping somebody make a fix, because I'm a real life artist my self, and would love the concept of making art ingame
When making the painting, the photo is not made, the canvas comes out with a solid violet color, also the vortex marks an error with the fnSkyshade.dll file, I don't know if it is related... help?
I LOVE this mod! It is an amazing creation and gives us a great way to really customize our in-game homes. I would love to see this in Fallout and future Bethesda games. Well done!
I appear to be having a strange issue when I use your mod with an ENB. Launching the game through Mod Organizer 2, I get a 127 code. For some reason, your fnSkyshade.dll file is failing to load. The plugin itself seems to work fine. When I use the Paint power, a canvas is consumed, but a purple painting appears.
I am playing in borderless window mode at 1600 x 900 resolution on a 1980 x 1080 resolution monitor. I've set ForceBorderless to true (NOT ForceBorderlessFullscreen because when I set that to true, It prevents me from playing in windowed mode). I have SkyUI installed, and I have UIExtensions installed through Extensible Follower Framework (EFF comes with a standalone version of UIExtensions which to my knowledge works perfectly fine). Are there any other adjustments that I'm failing to make? Am I missing some kind of graphical software for Windows? Thanks in advance.
I read through a bit of this, and noticed I'm not the only one hoping for this. IS there a way, or patch to allow for more paintings?
I get they are uncompressed, which means, not a lot, in one spot. but over many spots?
I take a lot of screen shots, so I'm sure 150 or w/e paintings isn't going to be enough, if I actually play this game. on ESO alone I don't have enough time to count, XD.
This is possibly the coolest way, or reason to play this game. I don't really like skyrim, but this idea, of paintings of the world, and my adventure, along with the RP take notes mod, this, this is nice. So I HOPE, we can see to extending, or patching some kind of addition mod or something?
I like the idea of allowing separate folders to hold these paintings, attached to character ids? Allows for the different paintings for multi characters.
Would it be possible to have more canvas shapes, more painting slots and stuff like that in the future ? I am no modder, so i have no idea if that's even possible. Heck i never tought about adding custom paintings to skyrim, but here you did it !
