Just to clarfiy: I could still here the nasty skyrim draw and shealth when using my right hand sword so i created this patch to resolve the issue. Now the original skyrim standard draw sheath sound does not activate upon drawing your right blade and only ISC Sound is heard. This may not effect all users but i've clean installed skyrim recently and use only ISC to modify the sounds and found this issue upon first use. It may not effect every user the same way, but it certainly resolved things for me.

Idk I haven't noticed any double sounds.
Edit: My 2H sound won't play after I install this mod with copendium
